Referral programme terms.

1. Joining the programme

You apply on the referral programme page. A person reviews every application and the channels you list, and may approve or decline it at their discretion, without having to give a reason. You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your payout details current.

Approval gives you a personal referral link and access to your partner dashboard. Joining creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship, and you may not speak or make commitments on our behalf.

2. How referrals are tracked

When someone opens your link, a cookie remembers it for 60 days. A referral is credited when, within that time and on the same browser, that person creates a ZXN Studio account, or buys with an existing free account that has never made a payment.

Each account can be referred once, and the first partner credited keeps it. Referrals are not credited when cookies are blocked or cleared, when a different browser or device is used, or for existing paying customers. Our records, matched against payments processed by Stripe, decide attribution.

3. Commission

• Lifetime purchases: 30% of the amount paid, once per referred customer. At full price that is $47.70; if the customer used a discount, the commission is 30% of the discounted price.
• Monthly subscriptions: 20% of each monthly payment for the customer’s first 12 paid months.

Commission is calculated on the amount paid, excluding tax, after discounts. Free plans, trials, payments that fail and purchases for other products earn nothing. If a referred monthly customer upgrades to lifetime, the lifetime commission also applies.

4. When and how you’re paid

Each sale is paid roughly 30 days after it happens. Commission first waits out a 30-day refund window; once that passes, it becomes payable and is sent to your PayPal or Wise account in USD. Your dashboard shows the expected payout date for every sale.

Balances under $25 roll over until they reach it. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payout provider and for declaring and paying tax on your commission. We may ask for tax or identity information before paying.

5. Refunds, chargebacks and fraud

If a sale is fully refunded or disputed before its commission is paid, the commission is cancelled. If it is refunded after payment, we may deduct that amount from your future commission. We may withhold or cancel commission we reasonably believe was earned through fraud or a breach of these terms.

6. Your partner dashboard

Your dashboard shows your link, clicks, sign-ups, conversion rate, and each sale with its plan, amount, status and expected payout date. To protect customers’ privacy, referred accounts appear only with heavily masked email addresses, such as t•••@g•••.com. You never receive a customer’s full name, email address or payment details, and you must not try to identify or contact customers through the programme.

7. How you may promote ZXN Studio

Recommend ZXN Studio honestly, based on what it actually does, and clearly disclose that you earn commission from your link, as your platform and advertising law require. You may not:

• refer yourself, your own accounts or people buying on your behalf;
• bid on “ZXN”, “ZXN Studio” or close variations in paid search, or use them in domain names or account handles;
• send spam or unsolicited messages, or post your link where it is not welcome;
• list your link on coupon, cashback, deal or incentive sites, or offer cash or rewards for sign-ups;
• make misleading claims about features, pricing or discounts, or pretend to be ZXN Studio;
• use cookie stuffing, hidden links, bots or any other artificial traffic.

8. Suspension and ending the programme

You may leave at any time by emailing us. We may suspend your link or end your participation if you break these terms, and may pause or close the programme with notice. Commission legitimately earned before your participation ends is still paid once it clears, unless it was earned in breach of these terms.

9. Changes and general terms

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date here. Changes apply to referrals made after they take effect; commission you have already earned is honoured under the terms that applied when it was earned. Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
