The agreement between you and ZinXan AI Ltd when you download, buy or use ZXN Studio.
Who we are
ZXN Studio is provided by ZinXan AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12451101. Our registered office is 22 Spenser Crescent, Daventry, England, NN11 9DX.

Using ZXN Studio
Our Software Licence Agreement gives you permission to install and use ZXN Studio for lawful personal, creative and business work. You keep ownership of the footage, projects and output you create.
One account may connect no more than two Macs at the same time. You can review and remotely revoke a device from Account & billing, then connect a replacement. You must not share account credentials or device tokens, interfere with security or licensing, or redistribute the application as your own product.
Plans and payment
The free plan can be used without payment. Studio may be purchased as a monthly subscription or as lifetime access. Both paid options unlock the same Studio feature set described on the pricing page.
Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, calculates applicable tax, issues receipts and invoices, and provides the secure billing portal. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout displays a local currency.
The monthly plan renews each month until it is cancelled. You can cancel from Account & billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge.
Updates and availability
We may release fixes, improvements and new features over time. We may change or retire features when needed for security, compatibility, law or the continued operation of the product. We will not deliberately remove paid access without a valid reason.
Some optional features rely on third-party services or separate accounts. Those services may have their own terms, availability and charges. System requirements and feature dependencies are described in our documentation.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable application, but software can contain errors and may not work with every file, device or workflow. Keep backups of important source media and projects.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
Ending access
You may stop using the application at any time. We may suspend or end access where required by law, where a payment is reversed or refunded, or where these terms are materially breached. If access ends, terms that by their nature continue to apply will remain in effect.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date here. Material changes will apply prospectively, and we will provide notice where the law requires it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain the mandatory protections and courts available where you live.
